BIOGRAPHY (top right hand corner of photo)

Who is this man they call Jeremy Wexler? Part myth, part small rodent he has been seen by many but is known by few. He is an enigma wrapped inside a lettuce leaf tucked in the back of a closet. A hard boiled egg but without the yolk or the white stuff or the shell. A delicious, fruit-flavoured yoghurt drink with a heart of gold. To his enemies he is known as "The Tuna" but to his family (left) he is known as "Chicken of the Sea."
